Hey everyone!

I have developed a list of great car enthusiasts gifts under $50. I am too a car guy.

Who woulda thunk?

Well, these gifts are on my wish list and I am sure your partner or friend would love them as well!

Lets get started!

Magnetic Tool Tray or Grypmat

Both of these are FANTASTIC. Ever hear someone losing bolts and nuts? Well, with either of these you can easily keep things organized. The magnetic trays are handy but the Grypmat is pretty versatile. I actually have a set of three and I use all three of them. The mats are insanely grippy. I can lay them on the fender and they will stay put.

Dremel Light

I can argue that every single car enthusiast wish that they have some sort of Dremel. This is the Dremel Light, which is the not so beefed up version. Its perfect for the hobbyist. I personally would have used one a thousand times already, but I make due with the more dangerous grinder. The Dremel would have been much preferred, though.

Edwards Tool Box

This tool box is actually pretty sweet. Most tool boxes are basically buckets with lids. However, this one has a bucket with 4 miniature buckets above the large one. Why is that sweet? This allows the potential to be more organized, which is SWEET.

24-Piece All-Purpose Master Combination Wrench Set with Roll-up Pouch

As a not so professional mechanic, I don’t have a huge selection of tools. I actually don’t have a full set of wrenches because I lose them through time. Having them all in one contained spot, even in my tool box rolled up would be very nice. If your gift receiver likes to be organized, or needs to be, then they would love this set. These are SAE wrenches, which applies to American cars. If the gift receiver works on Japanese cars then a metric set is the way to go.

8-piece Flex-Head Ratcheting Combination Wrench Set

Hey, more wrenches!!! The only difference is that these are ratcheting wrenches with a flex head. This makes any job 10x more enjoyable, trust me.

Pass Through Wrench

I have encountered many times where my socket simply couldn’t fit. Due to the extended bolt. This pass through wrench allows the bolt to “pass through” the wrench and socket. Definitely a handy tool to have in your tool box.

Battery Tender

This is a necessity in my opinion. Its cheap assurance to keep your battery fully charged and lasting a long time. If you travel or leave your car sitting for more than 1.5 weeks, then leaving the car on a battery tenders is a smart thing to do. When a battery loses its charge, the cells can dry up and go bad. You can prevent that by keeping the battery topped off.

Portable Air Compressor

Ever have a flat while driving or wake up to a flat tire? Well, this is also on my list of necessities. A cheap and reliable air compressor. Keep them tires pumped up! Its a matter of safety.

High Quality Knife – Havalon Forge

Having a high quality pocket knife is very convenient. Not just any pocket knife, but a thin, sharp, and a good looking knife. If I had this knife, I would be showing it off.

Budget Friendly Dash Cam

My last necessity for any car driver. A Dash Cam!

Without video evidence any scenario can swing against your favor. If you don’t have video evidence of a situation the judgement can be very biased. It is better to be safe than sorry.
